Grown men with beards punching each other in the face. Paul Newman’s leather suit in ‘Slap Shot’. NHL 93 on the Mega Drive. The Heft ‘Gordon Bombay’ pays homage to the great sport of ice-hockey. Already a huge seller in Canada (probably). Royal blue Heft pin badge on the pocket. Heft logo screenprinted on the inner nape.

Just exactly where this orange camouflage would work is anyone’s guess. Maybe ducks are colour-blind? Who cares? It’s not like the Heft ‘Duck Hunt’ endorses shooting the poor bastards. Stick to the NES version. Olive Heft pin badge on the pocket. Heft logo screenprinted on the inner nape.

Equal parts perfect for swiping picnic baskets and/or catching salmon straight out of a river. Ranger Smith won’t see you coming in the Heft ‘Son of the Bear’ pocket t-shirt. Whether actual bears will be fooled by this camouflage remains to be seen. Just don’t come crying to me when Werner Herzog makes a documentary out of your mauled corpse. Orange Heft pin badge on the pocket. Heft logo screenprinted on the inner nape.

Intro

Heft draws influence from my time spent during university playing in bands, helping organise gigs, working merch tables, stamping hands into gigs, postering, flyering, and all the other good stuff that distracted me from studying. Heft is a direct nod to the band t-shirts I bought half-pissed at gigs; to the records I ended up carrying around for the rest of the night trying not to lose or spill beer on. The idea of the pin badges is directly influenced by the precious real estate on denim jackets and plaid shirts occupied by my favourite band logos in 1 inch form.
